Monday, March 3 —-> CBF Review Class on Thursday, February 20
Monday, July 21 —-> CBF Review Class on Monday, July 7
Monday, November 3 —-> CBF Review Class on Monday, October 20

One coupon is valid per person.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be received in writing, via fax, e-mail or mail, no later than one week prior to the class date to qualify for a full refund. Cancellations received later than a week prior to the class date do not qualify for a refund of registration fees. Sorry, phone cancellations cannot be honored.
