Themis has a background in credit management and holds the Certified Credit Executive Designation as well as the Certified Group Administrator Designation. Prior to his promotion to Director in June, 2014, he served as Manager since December, 2007 and as Senior Group Administrator since June, 2003. His successes include the turnaround of several failing groups due to his consistent prospecting and customer service efforts. These groups now enjoy both growth and profitability. He has also been successful in recruiting and formulating new industry credit groups as well as leading a program to increase the number of data contributors from all NACM Connect group members.
